I first met Brian when he joined the Worstead Guild in the mid '70s with his friend Catherine Bond. They were already accomplished in weaving, spinning and dying and fitted into the group very well, becoming regular attenders - even through the 3 long days of Worstead Festival every year !! 
Brian liked to experiment with different yarns and patterns, but was always ready to help and advise others. He liked to chat and relate tales of experiences from his earlier life.
He will be very sadly missed from our now small group, but his presence will be felt and memories of him will live on.Rest in peace Brian.
